Which couriers can I use? |

You can use the following couriers : UPS. TNT, TNT Post, FedEx, DHL Global Mail and DPD. For specialized pallet transport you can choose from Nabek Transport, Wim Bosman, Nunner and Palletned. |

Which services are available in the Parcel International system? |
|

You can keep using the existing services of your courier, such as delivery before 9 am, noon or 6 pm. You can also book courier services with the system. |

Which Internet Browser can I use? |
|
|
The Parcel International booking system only has a license for Microsoft Internet Explorer. This browser can only be used to make a correct shipment at Parcel International. Other browsers like for example: Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari might give you errors like label printing, correct rates or tracking and tracing. In case of doubt, do not hesitate to contact the Parcel International helpdesk. Parcel International will not be responsible for the shipment when the shipment is booked with another browser then Microsoft Internet Explorer. |

How do I register? |

If you fill-in the contact-form under 'become a customer', we send you a log-in so you can send pallets, packages and documents with Parcel International within 24 hours. |

Is it possible to import a shipment? |
|

Yes, you can both import and export a shipment with Parcel International. |

How do the couriers know they have to pick up a package? |
|
|
If you select 'select manifest', the courier company of your choice automatically receives the message in their system to pick up your shipment. |

How many packages can I send in one day? |
|
|
You can send an unlimited number of packages each day. If you select 'select manifest' only once per day, the courier comes by only once per day. |

Do I need to send a minimum number of packages to use Parcel International? |

No, only one shipment is enough. |

I'm using a regular courier and I like to keep using the same courier, is that possible? |

Yes, if you wish we can put a regular company in the system for you. Or we add the comment of ‘preferred supplier’ to the courier you picked. |

There are no subscription costs, is that correct? |
|
|
Yes, with Parcel International, you only pay for you actually get. You only pay when you send your shipment and you don't need to pay a monthly contribution. |

Who sends me the invoice? |
|

You will receive your invoice from Parcel International, no longer from the couriers. |

Is it possible te get an overview of al my shipments? |
|
|
It is possible in the system to request a report of all your shipments in a Microsoft Excel file, this will be sent to you in an e-mail. |

How does track and tracing work? |
|
|
When you created your shipment, you can see all your active shipments in an overview. When you click the track and trace button on this page you can see the status of your shipments with the various couriers. Track and Trace is available for all couriers. |

Can I insure the shipment? |
|
|
You can insure your shipment. On the booking page click details(yes) then enter the value of the shipment. The cost for insurance will not appear on the transportationprices screen. The insurance is subsequently charged for 1.1% of the value of the shipment with a minimum of 5 euros. |
